Choices & Chances is a specialist domiciliary care provider and a recruitment agency of staff who have specialist skills for working with the elderly and people with disability either as private clients and/or those referred by social services. We supply care homes, hospitals and other healthcare clients in London and surrounding areas with highly experienced nurses, care assistants, support workers and more.

Our organisation is managed by highly experienced professionals with over 30 years experience in social work and managing complex social work teams in child protection, court work, children and young people services.
We are based in South London with focus on local areas bordering the south of the M25 up to Kent, Sussex and Surrey areas.

We provide 24 hour health and social care services to vulnerable adults and young people and we are passionate and enthusiastic in the quality of our services.

The Management Team and our Registered Manager have many years experience as registered Social Workers and we are equipped with relevant skills and experience to provide support and care to vulnerable people to a high standard. We offer range of domiciliary care services to high number of service users; including general personal care and support, pre and post-hospital, medication management, mentoring as well as end of life care.
